Aria x Cuilleron Wine Dinner

For one evening only, Aria welcomes Domaine Yves Cuilleron from France’s Northern Rhône Valley for an exclusive five-course wine dinner celebrating one of the region’s most expressive and revered producers.

 

Hosted at Aria by winemaker Yves Cuilleron alongside Head Sommelier Salvatore Persico, this intimate dinner offers a rare opportunity to explore the precision, texture and depth of Cuilleron’s wines, from luminous Condrieu Viognier through to structured Saint-Joseph and Cornas Syrah.

 

Executive Chef Tom Gorringe has created a seasonal menu designed specifically to complement the structure and aromatics of each wine, highlighting purity, balance and seasonal Australian produce across every course.

 

The evening concludes with a twice-baked Comté soufflé paired with Côte-Rôtie expressions, showcasing the finesse, lift and complexity that define the Northern Rhône.
