Our pre-theatre menu offers the choice of two or three courses, curated by Executive Chef Tom Gorringe. Tables operate on a 1.5-hour duration, ensuring plenty of time to make your way to your show.

 

Please note that for pre-theatre group bookings over 8 guests, diners will enjoy our eight-course tasting menu. These tables operate on a 2-hour duration.

 

Optional wine pairings are also available, an intimate marriage to the menu that celebrates the pinnacle of winemaking in Australia and beyond.
