Celebrate Father's Day with an elegant dining experience overlooking Sydney Harbour. 


For one special day, Aria presents a four-course set menu centred around a beautifully prepared wagyu beef Wellington, showcasing refined technique and exceptional seasonal produce. 


Begin with snacks on arrival, followed by yellowfin tuna tartare with caper, padron peppers and almond, before the centrepiece of wagyu beef Wellington with chestnut mushrooms and heirloom spinach. Shared sides of Kadwell potato mash and velvet lettuce accompany the meal, finishing with a chocolate, malt, caramel and hazelnut dessert.

 All reservations will operate on a 2 hour dining time. All guests in the reservation must dine from the same menu. All seating requests will be considered, however not guaranteed.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation date will incur a $100 per person charge to the credit card on file. We prefer not to charge so please contact our team should you need to amend your reservation.
