mother's day at aria

sunday 10 may 2026

Mother's Day at Aria | a five course celebration of the season's finest, overlooking Sydney Harbour.

Executive Chef Tom Gorringe has composed a menu worthy of the occasion. Lobster raviolo. Seared scallop with leek, vin jaune and turnip. Chocolate, cherry and vanilla to close - indulgent, considered and quietly perfect.

Plus, every Mum will be welcomed with a glass of Champagne on arrival. Give her the very best Sunday.
