Inspired by The Merry Widow, the sparkling Viennese operetta of romance, glamour and flirtatious waltzes, Aria's Head Pastry Chef Luke Jardine has created a limited-edition dessert exclusively for the season.

 

The Merry Widow dessert features mandarin, champagne & honey choux, designed as an elegant nod to the world of the operetta and crafted to complement Aria's pre-theatre dining experience.

 

Available from 8 July – 18 August 2026, the dessert is served alongside Aria's pre-theatre menu and is also available in the bar before and after performances, subject to availability.
