This Valentine’s Day, let Aria set the scene with a five-course menu curated by Executive Chef Tom. Begin with a glass of Louis Roederer Champagne on arrival, followed by yellowfin tuna with native limes, lobster linguine, dry-aged duck with fig and thyme, and Ranger’s Valley wagyu rump cap, and finished with milk chocolate, passionfruit and hazelnut. Elevate the night with a matched wine pairing for each course, or add luxurious touches like Sydney Rock oysters and Oscietra caviar.
