Moss Wood Wine Dinner

For one evening only, Aria welcomes Moss Wood, one of Margaret River's most celebrated wineries, for a bespoke five-course dinner paired with a selection of current releases and rare back vintages. Hosted by Moss Wood General Manager Hugh Mugford alongside Aria Head Sommelier Salvatore Persico, the evening offers a unique opportunity to explore the character, longevity and craftsmanship behind some of Australia's most respected wines.

Cuilleron Wine Dinner

This highly anticipated evening is now sold out. For one evening only, Aria welcomes Domaine Yves Cuilleron from the Rhône Valley for a five-course dinner celebrating one of France’s most expressive and distinctive producers. Hosted by winemaker Yves Cuilleron alongside Aria Head Sommelier Salvatore Persico, the evening offers a rare opportunity to explore the precision, texture and depth of northern Rhône wines across current releases and flagship cuvées.
